Refund policy

1) Your right to cancel (online orders)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send it back.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with any hygiene seals intact.
Return postage:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2) Items we can’t accept for change-of-mind

Products that have been opened or used, including cosmetics and haircare with broken hygiene seals.

Personalised or made-to-order products.

Gift cards.
Sale items are still eligible for return under the 14-day cooling-off period if they meet the above conditions.
3) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is wrong.

Within 30 days: You can request a full refund for faulty items.

After 30 days: We may offer a repair or replacement.
(Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.)
4) How to start a return

Email admin@vibrantcrown.co.uk with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address and any further instructions.

Package the item securely and keep proof of postage.
5) Refunds
We’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
6) Exchanges
If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
